Information for Auction Winners

All auction winners will receive an automated email from Trademe with information about payment and pick-up at the time of the auction win.

You will also receive an email (the next morning) from oval.co.nz. This will point you to our website (oval.co.nz) for more detailed information.

Step 1- Invoice Details

To create an invoice for pick-up, have the following information ready and click on the link below.

Step 2- How to Pay

oval.co.nz accepts two forms of payment:


1) Direct Credit or Internet Banking Funds will need to be cleared before the vehicle can be picked up. If funds are banked before 8pm they usually show up the next working day (this may vary depending on the bank). Include the auction number and your name when entering funds transfer information so that we can identify your payment. Account details are: ASB 12-3209-0300542-00 Online Vehicle Auctions Limited		2) Bank Cheque Have cheque made out to Online Vehicle Auctions Limited and present this at time of pick-up. *We do not accept cash, personal cheques, or business cheques.

Step 3- Picking-Up Your Vehicle

To pick up your vehicle you must have sent us your invoice details (see Step 1).

Your car needs to be picked up within 3 days of your auction win.

Pick up times are:

Thur	11.00 am	-	2.00 pm
Fri	11.00 am	-	2.00 pm
Sat	By arrangement

Step 4 - Arranging Transport

If you live outside Auckland and are going to transport your vehicle, you need to ensure payment funds are clear before pick-up.

Email (pickup@oval.co.nz) the details of your transporter and pick-up time. Please remember that transportation is at your own risk and that oval.co.nz accepts no responsibility for the standard of transportation services.

Buyers from Christchurch

Take advantage of our special $430 + GST movement fee to Christchurch. Shipping generally takes 10-14 days for delivery and is on the basis of first ship available.

This special price is only available to oval.co.nz auction winners.

Transportation by rail takes 2-3 days at a cost of $1100.

Step 5 - Registering Your Vehicle

Registration of your vehicle can be completed at the AA centre on Great South Rd (just a few hundred metres from our distribution centre).

We give you an MR2A form for the vehicle. You take this form along with your driver's license to the AA centre. They will give you plates for your car on payment of ($267.91) - commercial diesel vehicles or vehicles over 2500 cc will cost a little more.

Vehicles that are being registered under a company name will require an LTSA number or certificate of incorporation for the documentation.
