When you bid on an oval.co.nz auction you bid to own. This
means that if you are the winner of an auction you have a legal obligation
to pay for and own the vehicle. This is also a condition of TradeMe
membership.

|
Ownership is NOT conditional on a mechanical check or inspection.
You have the opportunity before the auction begins to inspect the
goods (see View Our Cars). If you are
uncertain about bidding on a car you have not seen, do not bid. Remember
though that every vehicle has passed independent LTSA Certification
for safety and road-worthiness
(see LTSA Certified). |

Payment is by way of bank deposit or bank cheque. Payment funds
must be clear before the vehicle is picked-up. |

Your car needs to be picked up and paid for by Saturday 12pm. |
